jiivo Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the jiivo platform ("Platform" or "Site") and all of its services. When you access, register on, or use any service on jiivo, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms. Please read the entire document carefully. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using this platform.

1 Definitions and Interpretations

The following words and terms are used with specific meanings in these Terms:

• "jiivo" or "we" — refers to the authority operating this platform.
• "User" or "you" — any person who accesses jiivo or manages an account.
• "Account" — a personal profile created by registering on jiivo.
• "Services" — all betting, gaming, and entertainment facilities provided by jiivo.
• "Bonus" — any promotional offer, cashback, or reward provided by jiivo.
• "Funds" or "balance" — money deposited into your account.

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

To use jiivo's services, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must not be a resident of any country or region where the use of such services is completely prohibited.
• You must be of sound mind and capable of making independent decisions.
• You are operating the account for yourself, not on behalf of any organization or another person.

jiivo may request necessary documents for age or identity verification at any time. We reserve the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration

To use jiivo's services, you must create a personal account. The information you provide at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information will result in account closure.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and funds may be forfeited.

3.3 Password Security

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact jiivo support immediately.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods are supported for depositing funds into jiivo: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made through a third party or in someone else's name are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Under normal circumstances, withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, withdrawals may be delayed during identity verification or security reviews.

4.3 Ownership of Funds

Money held in your account is your property. jiivo does not mix these funds with its own operations. However, funds may be temporarily suspended if fraud or a breach of terms is suspected.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

New members at jiivo are eligible for a welcome bonus — a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount must be met. The calculation applies to the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Rules for Bonus Use

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirements must be fulfilled first.
• It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time.
• jiivo reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• Bonuses may be cancelled if unusual betting patterns are detected.

6 VIP Program

jiivo's VIP program has four tiers. Users can move up to higher tiers based on regular play and activity:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Cashback is automatically added to the account every week. jiivo may modify VIP terms at any time.

7 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

jiivo is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent environment for all users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using software bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence for strategic advantage.
• Collectively abusing bonuses or the system ("bonus hunting").
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Threatening, harassing, or deceiving other users.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform.

If such conduct is detected, the account will be immediately suspended or closed and related funds may be forfeited.

8 Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the jiivo platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of jiivo or its licensors. No content may be copied, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission from jiivo.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

The detailed rules for the collection, storage, and use of your personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. jiivo uses modern SSL encryption and secure servers to keep your information safe. Your information is not sold to third parties.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Closure and Termination

12 Limitation of Liability

jiivo strives to provide a fully secure and uninterrupted service. However, jiivo is not liable for temporary disruptions caused by technical errors, internet outages, or unforeseen circumstances. jiivo does not bear responsibility for losses arising from events beyond its control.

13 Dispute Resolution

14 Changes to Terms

15 Applicable Law

The interpretation and enforcement of these Terms will be governed by applicable law. If any part of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
